What We Look For
You've worked on high-end residential or commercial properties before. You understand the finish standards, the client expectations, and what it means to do work that gets inspected by someone who cares.
You can reliably work in Summit County, Vail, and Aspen. You understand the logistics of mountain projects — weather windows, resort access, HOA coordination — and you show up.
Kibray runs documented processes on every job. Our partners need to operate within written SOPs — task assignments, photo documentation, daily reporting. If you're used to winging it, this isn't the right fit.
We work with owner-operators and established crews — not day laborers or last-minute pickups. Consistent team composition means consistent quality and accountability on every project.
You carry your own contractor's license and general liability insurance. This is non-negotiable. Kibray is bonded and we require our partners to be properly covered before any project starts.
You respond to messages. You flag issues before they become problems. You don't go dark mid-project. Our clients expect real-time visibility — and so do we.
How It Works
