Our Process
Most painting contractors wing it. Kibray doesn't. We run every project — from a Breckenridge condo repaint to a Vail hotel lobby — through the same documented process. Written scope before we start. Assigned tasks for every crew member. Daily progress reports. Digital approvals. Final QA walkthrough before we hand over the keys. No surprises. No excuses.
How We Run Every Job
We start with a site walkthrough and deliver a written, itemized scope within 2 business days. No ballpark numbers. No verbal agreements. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before we start.
Before the first brush touches anything, we coordinate access, parking, resident notifications (for HOA work), GC schedules, and material delivery. Every detail confirmed in writing.
The most skipped step in the industry. We don't skip it. Power washing, sanding, caulking, priming — all documented with timestamped photos before any paint goes on.
Crew works from assigned task lists tied to the written scope. Every active project day ends with a progress report delivered to the client — what was done, what's next, any items requiring attention.
If anything changes — color selection, scope addition, schedule shift — it gets handled digitally with a logged approval. No surprises on the final invoice.
We walk the completed project with the client or property manager before we call it done. Every punch-list item resolved. Final photos documented. Formal sign-off before we leave.
Every Kibray project follows this exact process — whether it's a $3,000 condo interior or a $300,000 hotel exterior. Submit a bid or request a quote and we'll walk you through the scope before anything starts.
