How We Run Every Job

Six Phases. Zero Guesswork.

01 — Scope & Estimate

We start with a site walkthrough and deliver a written, itemized scope within 2 business days. No ballpark numbers. No verbal agreements. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before we start.

02 — Pre-Project Coordination

Before the first brush touches anything, we coordinate access, parking, resident notifications (for HOA work), GC schedules, and material delivery. Every detail confirmed in writing.

03 — Surface Preparation

The most skipped step in the industry. We don't skip it. Power washing, sanding, caulking, priming — all documented with timestamped photos before any paint goes on.

04 — Execution & Daily Reporting

Crew works from assigned task lists tied to the written scope. Every active project day ends with a progress report delivered to the client — what was done, what's next, any items requiring attention.

05 — Digital Approvals & Change Management

If anything changes — color selection, scope addition, schedule shift — it gets handled digitally with a logged approval. No surprises on the final invoice.

06 — Final Walkthrough & QA Sign-Off

We walk the completed project with the client or property manager before we call it done. Every punch-list item resolved. Final photos documented. Formal sign-off before we leave.
